As we prepare to expand internationally, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead our growth strategy and marketing organisation.
Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Growth who will lead our marketing team and work closely with the CEO and Sales team to drive business growth and market expansion. They will develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy through a period of international expansion, and play an instrumental role in helping us achieve our ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading the growth organisation with responsibility for managing the marketing team and partnering closely with Sales on the go-to-market strategy
Collaborating closely with the CEO & Sales team to drive international expansion
Delivering data-led growth playbooks and processes that are aligned with our growth objectives and create scalability within the commercial organisation
Building an end-to-end marketing funnel that is ready to scale and can deliver our business goals, focused on SMB and mid-market customer segments
Identifying and pursuing new channels and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the business’s growth strategy across sales, product development, customer success and other key areas of the business
Hiring, training and managing a high-performing marketing team both locally and internationally
Lead the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns, materials- and initiatives to generate qualified leads across different channels
Drive channel diversification and take a data-driven approach to analysing the effectiveness of different channels
Leverage data to monitor growth metrics and KPIs and providing regular insights and reporting to the executive team and board of directors
Qualifications and competencies
Extensive experience driving growth in B2B SaaS environments
Demonstrated experience building and optimizing growth processes, playbooks, and strategies across multiple geographic markets
Experience driving revenue growth and business expansion in close collaboration with sales organizations
Demonstrated experience building and leading successful growth marketing and demand generation strategies and teams
A proven track record of success delivering revenue growth and customer satisfaction through product-led and marketing-driven strategies
Highly data-driven in approach, and experience working with and leveraging data to drive growth
Experience in driving international expansion and managing distributed teams across geographies
Strong proficiency in analytics tools and CRM systems with the ability to extract insights and trends from complex data sets to optimise growth performance
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a passion for leading, developing and coaching high-performing teams
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams towards common growth goals
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex growth strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams
A strong understanding of consumer goods brands and businesses personas is a bonus
