We are about to expand internationally and need a highly experienced Head of Sales to help us structure our sales team, build our sales playbook and processes, and drive revenue growth.
Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Sales who will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the successful expansion of our Sales team. The Head of Sales will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that will enable us to achieve our ambitious revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, both locally and internationally.
Build and optimize our sales playbook and processes, ensuring that all sales activities are properly aligned with our business goals and objectives.
Develop and implement data-driven sales metrics and KPIs, and regularly report on sales performance to the executive team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns, materials and initiatives to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our sales efforts are properly aligned with product development, customer support, and other key areas of the business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the executive team.
Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams.
Demonstrated experience in selling to SMEs with a proven track record of using sales automation technology to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency, resulting in increased sales productivity and revenue growth.
Demonstrated experience building and optimizing sales processes, playbooks, and strategies.
Strong proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems, with the ability to extract insights and trends from complex data sets to optimize sales performance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and coaching high-performing sales teams.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience working in an international environment and managing a remote team is a plus.
