We’re looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join our team and provide day-to-day IT support to employees across our global offices.

You’ll help keep our people connected and productive by supporting user access, devices, and the SaaS tools we use every day. From onboarding new employees and troubleshooting technical issues to managing permissions and supporting Mac and Windows devices, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth and secure employee experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is hands-on, service-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, mainly for our Israel team with backup for our UK and US colleagues, managing each request through Zendesk and Slack from first response through resolution.
  • Onboard new employees and offboard leavers, including creating and closing accounts, granting and removing access, and making sure everyone is ready to work on day one.
  • Help employees access the tools they work with, including sign-in and MFA issues, access requests, mail groups, and software licences, mostly in Okta and Google Workspace.
  • Prepare, hand over, and support Mac and Windows laptops, from setting up a new device to troubleshooting and replacing an old one.
  • Act as the first stop for employees who want to use AI tools, understanding what they are trying to achieve, pointing them to the right approved tool, and helping them get started safely.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, IT operations, or system administration, gained at a company, in military service, or in a similar setting.
  • Confidence working with user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting on macOS and Windows. Experience with Google Workspace or Okta is an advantage.
  • Real curiosity about AI: you already use AI tools yourself and see them as a way to do your job better.
  • A fast, independent learner who takes on new challenges and can keep things running when the rest of the team is away.
  • Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the patience to support both technical and non-technical employees while handling several requests at once.
