Minute Media owns and operates brands, including Sports Illustrated, The Players’ Tribune, 90min, DBLTAP, Mental Floss, The Big Lead, and FanSided (B2B/B2C).

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior Analyst to join our team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop insightful reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making and process improvements. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize processes across internal teams
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards showcasing key metrics and trends.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis processes in order to improve analysis workflows.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless data integration and metric tracking.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for the data dictionary (glossary)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance reporting, ideally within digital media, publishing, or ad tech industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and experience working with large datasets to extract insights.
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Rivery, Apache Airflow, Talend, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and presenting data insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Agile and flexible way of working with the ability to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
