We are looking for a detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant Controller to join our global company's accounting team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting with the financial day-to-day activities and contributing to the business growth and financial reporting of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing required financial statements and tax filings and ongoing interactions with external accountants for our subsidiary.
• Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Manage and review payroll for our subsidiary, working with a local payroll accountant.
• Develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team's activities and provide quality services to our stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local accountants to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements, including TP Calculation.
• Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
• Manage the end-to-end process of the ESOP process (including share-based compensation).
• Establish, monitor, and enforce finance-related policies and procedures.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.

• CPA after internship with Big 4 experience (preferably in a Hi-Tech audit department)
• Native in English and Hebrew - Must
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Knowledge of US Regulations (US GAAP), including audits of annual financial statements in accordance with US standards
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Experience and understanding of global tax – an advantage
• Familiarity with NetSuite – an advantage
