Please note: We are open to fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience, as long as you are intensely curious, a remarkably fast learner, and possess a deep desire to win. What you lack in years of experience, you must make up for in grit, hunger, and execution.

We help businesses of all sizes collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve their products, services, and customer experience. Our team is distributed between Denmark 🇩🇰 in beautiful Copenhagen, and Spain 🇪🇸 in sunny Barcelona.
🧐 What are you going to do? You will be the engine driving our customer deployments. You will own customer projects and pilots from A-Z, making sure our clients see immediate value, while actively looking for commercial opportunities to upsell and expand our accounts. This is a role for a resourceful "do-er" who loves direct client contact and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
📝 Duties and Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Own the implementation and execution of client projects and pilot phases, ensuring everything is delivered on time and exceeds expectations.
- Client Retention & Upsell: Proactively manage account health, meet with clients, build strong relationships, and actively identify and close expansion/upsell opportunities.
- Process Architecture: Create the workflows, onboarding tracks, and documentation that don't exist yet to make future project deliveries scalable.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the bridge between our active clients and our product team, translating user feedback and pain points into actionable product features.
🎓 Required skills:
- Client-Facing Project Management: 2–4 years of proven experience managing projects, engaging directly with clients, and ensuring flawless delivery.
- High Agency & Execution Mindset: You don't wait for instructions or ask "what’s the process?" - you figure it out and build it. You solve problems independently before they escalate.
- Commercial Grit: You understand that a happy pilot customer is the easiest route to an upsell. You are not afraid to talk numbers and drive account growth.
- Technical Agility & AI-First: You learn products inside out and actively use LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to automate your workflows, draft documentation, and optimize your output.
- Fluent in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for leading international customer calls and drafting professional documentation. (Danish is not a requirement).

- Previous experience within an early-stage SaaS startup.
- Experience in the customer feedback or "Voice of Customer" industry.
