We’re looking for a Solution Engineer (Backend & AI) to join our team and help us build the next generation of customer feedback tools.

At Deepdots, we process large volumes of unstructured data using AI and turn it into insights, KPIs, and automated reports used by real companies.

This is not a typical backend role.

We’re looking for someone who can take a problem, figure it out, and deliver a solution end-to-end.

🧐 What will you do?

• Build backend services and APIs
• Work with data pipelines and large datasets
• Integrate AI capabilities into real product workflows (LLMs, prompts, agents, etc.)
• Work on real client use cases and translate them into solutions
• Prototype fast and iterate based on feedback
• Own problems from start to finish

👉 You’ll start from backend foundations, but quickly expand into data, AI, and real use cases.

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, systems, data)
• Comfortable working with databases and large datasets
• Basic understanding of AI tools (LLMs, prompts, APIs, etc.)
• Ability to work with ambiguity and figure things out
• High ownership mindset, you don’t wait for perfect specs
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments

• Experience with Python or Node.js
• Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms
• Experience building AI-driven features or workflows
• Experience working with clients or translating business problems into solutions
