We need you!

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Development team and generating leads to support the enterprise sales team.

Your primary focus will be on prospecting and engaging with potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up appointments for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

You will

  • As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will:
  • Search for potential customers and approach them by running multiple prospecting campaigns
  • Work with existing ideal customer profiles (ICP) as well as later, when you are more familiar with Lokalise, coming up with your own ideas on who our customers might be
  • Experience working on large accounts, developing account maps and territory plans to navigate companies to engage in long-term evaluation process’
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Perform qualification calls and book assessment & evaluation calls for Account Executives (BANT)
  • Must be creative and innovative and show a desire to think outside the box
  • Manage your activities using the CRM
  • Learn, leverage, and help to improve our demand-generation and sales processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to align on target accounts, messaging, and strategies. Share feedback, insights, and market intelligence gained from interactions with prospects to refine the sales approach and improve overall sales effectiveness.

You must have

  • Minimum 9 months’ experience in a sales development position or equivalent
  • Experience in an Enterprise SDR role is preferred
  • B2B SaaS industry knowledge
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Bi-lingual is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Ambition to build a career in sales
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.

It will be considered a significant advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in the localization industry
  • Great people and communication skills
  • Sales training such as Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, or Sandler
