Founded in 2017, Lokalise is a cloud-based translation management system that helps businesses streamline their localization processes. It provides a platform for managing translations of software, websites, mobile apps, and other digital content. Overall, Lokalise helps businesses improve their time-to-market, increase translation quality, and reduce costs associated with localization.

Note - this role is a 12 month fixed term contract to provide maternity cover.

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team and help develop and nurture strategic partnerships to drive growth and maximize business opportunities.

Partnerships are an integral part of the Lokalise strategy. Currently, we’re maximizing the value of our partnerships and expanding the partner program. Together with our partners we’re delivering an end-to-end localization experience to customers, including apps, language services, and digital projects.

As our Senior Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • You will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, including Tech partners, Language Service Providers and Digital Agencies.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue-generating partnership opportunities that meet our strategic growth objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Lokalise’s products, as well as the industry, to identify partnership opportunities.

As our Senior Partnerships Manager, you will have:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing partnerships (incl Digital Agencies) in the technology industry at a senior level.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing and sales tactics together with partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
