As a Customer Success Manager for our mid-market customers, you will put customer value first and help us evolve the ways we provide it. Managing a portfolio of 40 to 60 customers, you will drive ideas to enable, communicate, and engage with our customers at scale. You will steer towards one-to-many, automated interaction paired with enablement material, in-product guidance, a customer community approach, and deliberate one-to-one meetings.
You prefer to see the customer journey as a whole and add fitting elements to each phase. You are curious to turn data into insights and derive need for action. You are eager to support your customers in becoming self-sufficient users of our tools.
Ultimately, you want your customers to constantly get business value out of the LeanIX SaaS subscription they pay for. You want to drive adoption, help your customers expand their subscription usage, and identify and mitigate churn risk early on.
Customer Success Manager EMEA – Mid-Market (f/m/d)
Connected remote, based close to one of our offices in Germany (Bonn, Munich, Berlin), The Netherlands (Amsterdam), France (Paris), London (UK) or Slovenia (Ljubljana)
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Take on full responsibility for your Mid-Market customers based in EMEA (mainly based in DACH, BeNeLux, United Kingdom, France, Nordics)
- Shape approaches to catering for the tech-touch segment at scale towards building up our Digital Customer Success Management
- Work with state-of-the-art Customer Success tools (Gainsight, Salesforce) backed by a Customer Success Operations team
- Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering, Support, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Add your style to a global, diverse team LeanIX, a fast-growing tech company and leader in the Enterprise Architecture category
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry (or related business)
- Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in mid-market organizations
- Customer dedication; excellent communication and advisory skills; an analytical and data-driven mindset paired with curiosity
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, being pragmatic in a fast-growing and ever-changing environment
- Fluent in English and German on a business level, French as a plus
