Customer Success Engineering is a vital part of our Customer Success organization, leading clients to utilize our state-of-the art technical capabilities for their best success. For our Value Stream Management product, we are looking for a Remote Cloud Native Engineer who would drive our thought-leadership both inside and outside the team.
In your prior roles, you have excelled as strong technical contributor around modern cloud-native software development. At LeanIX, you’d have the chance to leverage your technical skills – as a game-changer for our customers and as an advocate both inside & outside the company. In all areas, you aim to represent LeanIX’s technical leadership and to incubate new capabilities to the product. You are self-driven, with strong motivation for finding the right technical solution for the given business context.
Customer Success Engineering - VSM (f/m/d)
based in Europe (preferred Germany or Netherlands)
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Be a trusted advisor for all aspects around our Value Stream Management product
- Take over responsibility post-sales to drive customers to success in close interaction with the Customer Success Management team
- Ensure enterprise-ready support in close interaction with the technical support team
- Support pre-sales team by providing technical expertise to gain trust and confidence of prospective clients’ technical decision makers
- Work closely with our product team to enhance our offerings
- Act as multiplier for cloud-native knowledge both within and outside LeanIX
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps toolchain (like Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, etc.,)
- 2+ years of experience with Public Cloud Environment (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Container management/orchestration systems (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
- Superb understanding of modern software development practices (e.g. Microservices, Containers, Infrastructure as Code)
- Excellent customer focus with a polite, patient, caring, calm and always professional demeanour
- Willingness to inspire our customers with great solutions to help solve their challenges and answer their questions
- Experience communicating on a professional level with technical leadership on client side is preferred
