We have an opportunity for a Senior ERP/SAP Consultant to play a key role in consulting our customers in their ERP transformation using LeanIX. You will engage in projects for our strategic accounts in Europe, providing professional services reaching from discovery workshops via the establishment of Enterprise Architecture (EA) practices to large S/4 Transformation programs supported by LeanIX. Together with your project team, you will be expected to meet and exceed project objectives and develop a strong delivery capability for our endorsed partnership with SAP. As a trusted expert you will get the most value out of LeanIX for your customers while leveraging your consulting skills and LeanIX tool knowledge.This role will work in close alignment with colleagues from Customer Success and Sales in our EMEA offices.
Senior Consultant - Professional Services
Connected remote, based close to one of our offices in Germany (Bonn, Munich), The Netherlands (Amsterdam), France (Paris), United Kingdom (London) or Slovenia (Ljubljana)

- Build the capability to contribute to large ERP Transformations using LeanIX
- Lead exciting projects in an IT management and ERP transformation environment for leading global brands from various industries
- Advise management on how to leverage Enterprise Architecture Management in large ERP transformations
- Work hand in hand with our global partner ecosystem
- Introduce LeanIX to new clients and make our platform delivers a fast time to value
- Share knowledge, mentor, and coach less-experienced colleagues to drive people development
- Take topic ownership and contribute to the continuous development of our Professional Services offering
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A highly motivated team player with a “can do” mindset
- Courage to think out-of-the-box and do things differently
- 4+ years of experience in ERP transformation program management, esp. SAP and S/4 HANA, ideally in an internationally operating corporation or consulting company
- Experience in EA, IT Management, or Cloud Transformation initiatives
- Experience in architecture assessment approaches, EA processes, and governance structures
- Knowledge and enthusiasm about modern technologies and architectures (e.g., Cloud, Microservices, Platforms)
- Understanding of large enterprises IT organizations and processes
