About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Account Executive to join our global team with a focus on clients in Nordic countries. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed full sales cycles in both developing new business and expanding current client accounts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll focus on building great relationships and partnerships with senior executives and smashing sales quotas. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Nordics through prospecting, cold calling and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

  • Attend business events and conferences to strengthen and build new relationships with potential prospects and represent inforcer and promote the company's offerings

Skills We Need for This Role

  • Proven experience in covering the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals

  • Demonstrated consistent overachievement against sales targets and quota

  • Previous experience selling into MSP’s or the MSP community within Nordic countries

  • Experience selling tech or SaaS products, ideally within a start-up or fast paced environment

  • Proven ability to develop relationships at the executive level

  • Drive to focus on prospecting and developing new client relationships

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong motivation and the ability to inspire and drive results

  • Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
