  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout active interview processes and within future talent pipelines.

  • Ensure candidate records, stages, notes, scorecards, and feedback are accurate and up to date; partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to drive completion.

  • Create job descriptions and adverts aligned to company tone and branding.

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, values, and culture add, while developing your interviewing capability to support more of the end-to-end hiring process over time.

  • Support proactive outreach to engage top talent via LinkedIn and other platforms.

  • Maintain strong data hygiene to support clean reporting, consistent workflows, and well-documented hiring activity.

  • Support recruiters and candidates through interview and hiring processes, ensuring an excellent experience regardless of outcome.

  • Support projects related to Employer Branding and our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

  • Leverage AI and automation to help build scalable, efficient talent processes.

  • Support the Head of Talent with talent projects, events, workflow optimisation, and reporting.

  • Engage with communities, attend industry events, and use online platforms to build lasting connections with top talent.
