About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and ambitious Junior Talent Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team based in Tampa. This role ideal for someone who wants to progress their career in internal recruitment in a fast paced and exciting environment. The role will have strong focus on ATS (Application Tracking System) management, interview coordination, data accuracy, and recruiter support. You’ll play a critical role in keeping recruiting processes running smoothly, owning coordination, documentation, and execution, while also supporting job spec creation, outreach activity, and special recruiting projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and ownership, and who wants to grow into a Talent Business Partner over time. if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Own day to day ATS management, reviewing candidate applications, CV’s/ Resumes and cover letters in a timely manner and responding with speed and quality

  • Keep high levels of communication with candidates within active interview processes and candidates for future pipelines

  • Ensuring candidate records, stages, notes, scorecards, and feedback are accurate and up to date. Working closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to ensure completion

  • Create job specs and adverts in line with company branding

  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assesss culture, values and skills fit whist developing your interviewing skills to begin leading end to end talent processes

  • Focus on outreach to engage top talent via LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Maintain strong Data hygiene, ensuring clean reporting, consistent workflows and well documented hiring activity

  • Support recruiters and candidates through interview and hiring processes, ensuring an incredible experience, regardless of the outcome

  • Support projects around Employer Branding and Employer Value Proposition

  • Leverage AI and Automation to build scalable talent processes

  • Support the Head of Talent with Talent projects, events, workflow optimization and reporting

  • Engage with communities, attend industry events, and leverage online platforms to create lasting connections with top talent

Skills We Need for This Role

  • 1+ year of experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition across the US

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and overachieve objectives and hiring targets

  • Mixture of agency, RPO, internal background would be beneficial

  • Keen eye for detail, identifying talent based on Resumes and exceptional data administration

  • Previous experience in a startup/ scaleup, SaaS, MSP or Cybersecurity business will be highly advantageous

  • Strong analytical, relationship building and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability

  • Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, able to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and effectively

  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently

  • Based locally to Tampa, Florida with the ability to work 4 days a week in office
