We focus on providing MSPs with fundamental tools and technology they need to manage Microsoft Security policies for multiple tenants in a simple and effective way. Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP!
About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Technical Product Lead to spearhead our internal tooling and efficiencies. You will enable our global organisation with internally built tooling and agents, ensuring all functions of the business are working effectively & efficiently. This role is ultimately responsible for setting the technical direction and ensuring the successful delivery of systems that streamline operations and improve efficiency across the organisation.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and operational teams to understand business processes, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and guide execution from concept through to adoption. The focus is on driving measurable impact through smart automation, well‑designed workflows, and high‑quality internal products.
If you are motivated by solving complex operational challenges and shaping how a business operates through thoughtful technical leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and building internal tools – from scratch and on top of existing systems – to streamline how teams work.
Writing code daily (likely TypeScript/Python/JS) to build UIs, APIs, integrations, automations and internal dashboards.
Developing and maintaining AI-powered workflows and agents – we want to develop internal agents that can supercharge internal productivity and workflows
Owning the technical design of internal systems & workflows: data flows, integrations, permissions, and edge cases.
Translating operational problems into technical builds – you take a manual, messy process and turn it into a usable internal product.
Leading the technical direction for internal tools & AI: what to build, how to build it, and how it all fits together.
Owning quality, reliability and performance of the internal tools and AI agents you ship.
Iterating quickly based on feedback from internal users, metrics, and usage data.
Partner with operations and the overall business to understand bottlenecks and turn them into scalable solutions.
What a day would look like:
Jumping into code to:
Build or update internal web UIs (e.g. React/Next.js).
Create/extend APIs to connect systems.
Script automations or workflows (Python/TypeScript/low-code).
Pairing with our internal engineers focused on AI to:
Design and implement AI agents and internal copilots.
Integrate LLMs into existing tools and workflows.
Refine prompts, tools, memory and safety checks.
Meeting with ops / sales / business leaders to:
Understand pain points, edge cases and constraints.
Demo new internal tools and gather feedback.
Prioritise what to build next.
Writing technical specs and lightweight docs for:
New internal systems, integrations and features.
AI/automation workflows and failure handling.
Monitoring production:
Debugging bugs and edge cases in internal tools.
Watching logs, performance, and AI agent behaviour.
Shipping fixes and improvements quickly.
Running small experiments:
Prototyping new automations.
Testing new models / AI capabilities.
Validating whether a workflow should be fully engineered or kept lightweight.

Skills We Need for This Role
Core Technical Skills (must‑have)
Strong software engineering foundation, ideally full‑stack across backend and some frontend.
Deep capability in one or more of:
TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js)
Python (Fast API, Flask, Django, scripting)
.NET Core (C#)
Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations including REST, webhooks, authentication, and third‑party tools.
Solid understanding of databases and data modelling across Cosmos DB, SQL or NoSQL.
Comfortable working with automation and workflow tools such as Power Automate or scripting.
Experience with Azure AI Foundry for LLMs
Exposure to other LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering with experience integrating AI into real products or operational workflows.
Ability to design and deliver end‑to‑end systems spanning UI, API, data storage, integrations, and monitoring.
Product and Operational Skills
Able to take ambiguous or inefficient business processes and convert them into clear, reliable workflows.
Comfortable running light discovery with internal stakeholders to understand problems, constraints, and edge cases.
Skilled at breaking complex work into small, shippable increments with clear prioritisation.
Focuses on impact such as time saved, error reduction, and operational efficiency rather than features for their own sake.
Leadership and Collaboration
Experience mentoring or guiding another engineer through code reviews, design input, or technical direction.
Confident working with non‑technical stakeholders and able to communicate technical trade‑offs clearly.
Capable of setting technical direction for internal tooling and AI within a small team or squad.
Personal Attributes
Builder mindset with a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating.
Curious about AI and automation and how they can transform internal operations.
Pragmatic approach with the judgement to balance scrappy solutions against more engineered ones.
Strong sense of ownership, treating internal tools as products with real users rather than tasks to complete.
Don’t quite have all of these skills? Why not apply and our team can review your experience and fit for the role. We’d love to hear from you!
