Enterprise Customer Success Manager


As our Customer Success Manager, working with global enterprise customers, you have a key role in supporting your customers with change management, acting as a trusted security advisor, helping them to build a more threat resilient culture. This is a strategic advisory role, with a consultative approach, where our services are customized to each customer’s unique needs. Your aim is to help customers get the most value out of our services. Although the services are customized for each customer, you are supported in your work with Hoxhunt’s scalable and global operations. This role involves active collaboration with our product team, and other internal stakeholders. As our value states, we succeed together, which is also integral for succeeding in this role. Previous experience from the cyber security industry is highly valued in this position due to the strategic and consultative nature of the role.

The base salary for this role is 5000 - 6000€.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in consulting, customer success management for enterprise accounts, internal cyber security program/project management positions or similar roles (5+ years).
  • Upselling and cross-selling experience and proven track record of successful results.
  • Experience from strategic and consultative advisory work (for example conducting strategic analyses, communication and change management plans etc.).
  • Strong prioritisation and project management skills, with a customer-first mindset, staying true to deadlines while exceeding project goals.
  • Previous experience from customer relationship development (for example partnership or supplier relationships).
  • Interest in technology and confidence in using different technologies in your work.
  • Data-driven approach in decision-making and in defining necessary actions or improvements.
  • Passion for learning and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Courage to improve and develop processes when needed.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must-have, other languages such as French and German are considered a plus.

Our Process

Our recruitment process is:

  1. Interview with our Talent Acquisition (30min remote).
  2. Interview with Customer Success (60min remote)
  3. Homework completion independently (90min)
  4. Task presentation and meeting future colleagues in Customer Success (60min remote or on-site)
  5. Reference checks
