We are looking for an Channel Sales Manager to join our channel team. We work according to three core principles:

The What

Our Channel Sales Managers are responsible for:

  • leading and managing strategic relationships with our channel partners in the US
  • driving co-operation with partnership to meet Hoxhunt business objectives, adding value to the industry and executing strategy
  • generating leads from partner network for Hoxhunt's sales team
  • coordinating Hoxhunt resources in order to meet partner’s objectives and expectations
  • advicing to our partner network about human risk mitigation and security culture

You Who

The person we look for has:

  • 5+ years relevant working experience (alliances, channel business etc.) and a personal network with senior stakeholders in the industry
  • experience in building executive relationship and developing joint sales and marketing assets
  • experience in security awareness or information security services sales, channel management or business development.
  • a results-oriented mindset and track-record of exceeding targets
  • interest in learning new technologies and using Hoxhunt with other technologies to help address a customer need or issue
  • proven ability to positively influence an organizations sales growth and performance with a clear track record of growing, changing, and evolving business
  • ability to travel if needed
  • a shared belief in our core principles (described above)
  • ability to learn quickly and understand complex problems (and want to learn more!)
  • a comfort-zone in discussing technology and demonstrating product capabilities to partners and as part of marketing events (webinars, enablement recordings, etc…)

The How

Our recruitment process looks like this:

  1. Initial discussion on Teams with Talent Acquisition (30 minutes)
  2. Teams meeting with our VP of Channel (60 minutes)
  3. Homework related to your role at Hoxhunt (max 90 min independent work)
  4. Homework review & meeting our some more future colleagues (60 min, on Teams)
  5. Reference checks

A Channel Sales Manager successful ramp will progress along this timeline:

  • Within your first month, you will be enabled in Hoxhunt product offerings, product training, and partner ecosystem
  • Within your third month, you will be working cross-collaboratively with sales, marketing and product marketing, engineering to create targeted solutions that accelerate Hoxhunt value and time-to-market with partners
  • Within your sixth month, you will be meeting revenue targets supported by joint solution sets, presenting to joint customers, and assisting with the creation of GTM market and partner assets
  • At the end of the first year, you will have established yourself as a thought leader and trusted voice with these strategic partners.
