The What

We are now looking for an ambitious and driven Customer Success Manager to join our onboarding team to work with onboarding clients in the US market. You get to work with the world’s leading companies in a growing industry with matters that are crucial for companies. As an onboarding manager, your responsibility is to successfully implement new customers regardless of their email and technical set-up. You will guide the customer through our onboarding process ensuring they get the first value and successful start to their Hoxhunt journey. You will also be carrying out pre-sales work.

Your responsibilities go beyond implementation and project management all the way into change management, consulting and training. Our sales, customer success and technical support teams are your most frequent collaboration partners. Your most important KPI is time to value.This position plays an important part in scaling the operations our international expansion.

This role is based out of Minneapolis.

    The Who

    We are looking for a person who goes above and beyond to help our customers successfully launch our service and deliver quick wins at the beginning of the customer journey. Additionally, we expect you to have/be:

    • 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, preferably working with a technical product and integration implementation
    • fluent in English
    • able to prioritize and approach project deadlines in a disciplinary way
    • curious about technology and confident using it as part of your daily work
    • passionate about learning
    • a solutions-oriented mindset and strive to constantly improve

    Working in a start-up environment or in the cybersecurity industry is highly beneficial. Having worked with M365, G-Suite, on-prem exchange or hybrid environments as well as multi-tenant implementations, SCIM and SSO is beneficial for the role, but not a requirement.

      The How

      Our recruitment process is as follows:

      1. Call with Talent Acquisition (30min remote)
      2. Meeting your closest future colleague (60min remote)
      3. Homework followed by panel interview (max 90min independent work + 60min remote interview)
