We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team to work with the US market. This is a very critical function for our international growth and the work that you do as our Sales Development Representative is extremely valuable. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to become an expert in SaaS sales and aims for an international career in business development.
As Hoxhunt's Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for lead generation via various tools such as phone, email, LinkedIn, events etc and your main task is to book sales meetings for our Account Executives. In this role, you are the link between sales and marketing, so you get to grow into a sales professional mastering business development and growth.
This role will be based out of Minnesota. The compensation consists of a base salary (about 50 000$) and a variable (about 20 000$).

We hope you have

  • Ability to take ownership and not shy away responsibilities
  • Ability to understand customer's business needs / pain points quickly
  • Not necessarily, but a big plus for previous experience from cold calling, lead generation or SaaS sales
  • Articulate and excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
