Gelato consists of three different business units, Optimalprint as our B2C business, offering personalized products to consumers all over the world. Secondly, GelatoCreate caters to creators through our software platform and connects them with a global range of production partners. Lastly, we have our newest business unit, GelatoConnect. With GelatoConnect, we have built the largest ecosystem in the printing industry, which offers cost savings and efficiency for all improvements for all production hubs.

What you will be doing
As the Affiliate Marketing Manager in Gelato, you will be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies that align with the acquisition goals and campaigns’ objectives. This involves working alongside with the acquisition, marketing, and product teams to develop compelling acquisition strategies that deliver on CAC and collaborating with other stakeholders, such as Influencers and Partnerships, Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, and CRM to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies. The role’s purpose is to scale our affiliate program and drive trial growth through strategic, engaging, and authentic affiliate partnership initiatives.

Some of your responsibilities will include

  • Build up and scale our relationships with new and existing affiliate partners (B2B affiliates, bloggers, podcasts, newsletters, etc…) into long-term successful acquisition channels across US, EMEA, and APAC markets
  • Evaluate the right partners to reach our audience in line with our brand, and value proposition and work closely with them to generate commercial concepts to push and scale this channel
  • Manage our global affiliate program and transform active affiliates into productive partnerships.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance, and traffic quality (ROI, fraud rate), and identify growth opportunities within the channel and networks
  • Set up proper reporting processes and analyses for the affiliate program
  • Be the owner of our commission structure, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing digital B2B SaaS company, start-up environment, or scale-up
  • A proven track record in building and scaling affiliate marketing across multiple countries and regions.
  • 5+ years of relevant and verifiable affiliate experience, across third parties or own networks. (PartnerStack, Awin, Tradedoubler, Impact, Commission Junction, etc…)
  • Experience managing deals with B2B affiliate partners, creating outbound lead automation, and sales motions through third-party vendors
  • Strong analytical skills and a number-driven mindset.
  • Solid experience working with web tracking & mobile attribution. Strong conceptual understanding of tracking technologies commonly used in affiliate marketing
  • A “getting things done” attitude, an organized and structured method
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, (one extra language will be a plus)
