Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in our expansion across the U.S. You’ll partner closely with our founders, CRO, and senior GTM leaders to identify, engage, and hire world-class talent primarily in sales, marketing, customer success, Solution Engineering, SDR and Partnerships.
As the first Talent Partner in our new office in New York, you will also have the chance to inform hiring strategies within the region. This role requires adept management of diverse priorities, and the ability to establish significant talent networks externally for Fonoa. This is not just a recruiting role—it's a builder role. You’ll lay the foundation for how Fonoa hires and grows our U.S. GTM presence, develop repeatable processes, shape our employer brand, and be a strategic partner as we expand in North America.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end recruitment, from talent identification and engagement to guiding candidates through our interview process, and negotiating offers ultimately to acilitate smooth onboarding.
Collaborate with functional leaders to craft and execute hiring and talent strategies that meet our organizational and hiring targets
Collaborate with our global Talent Team to pioneer innovative approaches to attracting top-tier talent.
Stay abreast of evolving recruiting methodologies, market trends, and internal developments to continuously refine our recruitment strategies.
Champion an exceptional interview experience by fostering meaningful relationships with candidates and ensuring a seamless process.
Elevate our recruitment practices by overhauling interview techniques, providing training to interview teams, mastering our Applicant Tracking System ( Ashby) and leveraging additional Ai tools (Metaview & Juicebox).
Proactively address challenges and collaborate closely with colleagues across the People team to drive solutions.
What You'll Need
Minimum of 8 years of experience recruiting a range of commercial positions, preferably within the B2B SaaS landscape.
Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments, adhering to timelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders, possessing the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at senior levels.
A results-driven mindset, with a keen focus on metrics and outcomes.
Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $175,000 + equity + benefits
