Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives. This role focuses on training, developing, and supporting an SDR team to achieve their goals, contributing to overall team success and achievement of revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales development strategies, and a passion for nurturing talent.
What you will do:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs, focusing on their professional growth and development to help them achieve and exceed their targets.
Develop and implement training programs and best practices to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the SDR team.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and prospecting within defined territories or industries.
Effectively utilise various communication tools, including LinkedIn, phone communications, and emails, to educate and engage future customers.
Drive brand and product awareness in the market, ensuring the SDR team is well-versed in the company's offerings and value propositions.
Oversee the scheduling of qualified appointments for the Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).
You Will Be a Great Fit If:
Minimum 2+ years in SDR roles with consistent success.
1–2 years in an SDR team lead or management position (preferably in SaaS, mid-market or enterprise).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proven knowledge of sales methodologies, cadences, and prospect management.
A track record of coaching and mentoring SDRs to success.
Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
Based in or willing to work onsite in the New York office 3 days/week.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105000 - $152000 + commission + equity + benefits
