We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to join our passionate and talented revenue operations team. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making across the sales, marketing, and customer success departments. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support our revenue growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain detailed reporting systems for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the Head of Revenue Operations in identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports using Excel and Salesforce
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to track and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business initiatives.
  • Ensure all reports and analyses are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an analyst role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
