Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.
Mission
This is an entry-level sales role for someone who is sharp, organized, and ready to grow fast in enterprise AI.
You'll work directly with our Head of Alliances & Partnerships, picking up warm, pre-introduced leads and owning them through to close. No cold calling - instead, you'll focus on building relationships, understanding complex client needs, and navigating enterprise sales cycles with the support of an experienced team. What you will do on a daily basis
- Take ownership of warm leads introduced by the Head of Alliances & Partnerships and drive them through the full sales cycle.
- Run discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and position FlowX.AI's value clearly and compellingly.
- Prepare and deliver tailored demos, proposals, and follow-up materials that move deals forward.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records in the CRM, tracking every interaction, next step, and deal status.
- Coordinate closely with Tamás and internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, timely responses, and a consistent prospect experience.
- Continuously learn — about the platform, the industry, and how enterprise deals are won — and bring that knowledge into every conversation.
Who you are
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role — we care more about drive than years on a CV.
- Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Naturally curious and quick to learn — you can pick up a complex product and explain it simply.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive — you follow up without being asked and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Strong communicator in English, both written and verbal; any additional language is a plus.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI.
- Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
- Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation.
