Mission
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to play a key role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to connect with potential clients, understand their challenges, and position our solutions as a fit for their needs.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to contribute to the success of our go-to-market strategy.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate meaningful conversations.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, priorities, and fit with our solution.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the sales team (Account Executives).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, ensuring a predictable and high-quality sales pipeline.
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience as an BDR / SDR, ideally in B2B software or tech - though we value attitude and grit over industry background.
- Native Slovenian (Serbian / Croatian / Bosnian) and excellent written and spoken English — you are often the first impression we make.
- Have strong client-facing experience and are confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Systems fluency: you pick up new tools quickly, keep your CRM spotless, and know how to find information without being told where to look.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, flexible environments where strategy is ever-changing.
- Strong organizational instincts: you manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads, independently and across time zones.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI.
- Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
- Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation.
- Additional languages beyond English (German, Italian, Spanish, French).
