Role

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join our Go-To-Market team and lead the technical conversation with some of the world’s largest financial services organizations.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic, technically fluent professional who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and enterprise customer relationships.

Your day-today activities will include:

• Engage directly with prospects and customers to understand their business and technical requirements and translate them into compelling solutions with clear business value.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems and architectures.
• Enable banks to leverage FlowX.AI’s enterprise-grade AI capabilities to radically accelerate the creation, deployment, and evolution of customer-facing digital products.
• Engage in client-facing activities, including technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle and handover to delivery.
• Provide insights and feedback from customer engagements to inform the product roadmap and continuously improve our offering.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in banking and financial services, to deliver innovative solutions.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Solution Consultant—ideally in enterprise SaaS or financial services technology.
• Deep understanding of enterprise environments including Java/.NET architectures, cloud-native platforms, API integrations, and containerization (Kubernetes experience is a strong plus).
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions within complex IT landscapes.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, middleware, and digital front-end frameworks.
• Track record of leading technical pre-sales engagements, tailoring value propositions for executive and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent consultative and communication skills - you can distill complexity and speak the language of both the boardroom and the dev team.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a startup-ready mindset.
