FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale. We just launched FlowX.AI 5.0 with 140+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.
Mission
We're looking for a Head of Alliances & Partnerships to own and build our partner ecosystem - starting with Microsoft/Azure - and turn it into a real revenue channel. This is a player-coach role: you close deals yourself first, then build the team around what works. Reporting to the CEO.
What you will do on a daily basis:
- Own relationships with Microsoft/Azure, AWS, Google, and key SIs. Not “manage” - own.
- Identify and close co-sell and OEM opportunities with hyperscalers and system integrators.
- Drive joint GTM motions and attach FlowX.AI to partner pipeline.
- Feed the sales team qualified leads from the partner network
- Hire and lead a small alliances team as the model proves out.
Very likely you will be successful if you..
- Spent the last 5+ years inside or closely alongside Microsoft, AWS, or a major SI.
- Have a real rolodex - people who pick up when you call.
- Have enterprise SaaS experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Are comfortable being the first Alliances hire - you write the playbook, you don't complain there isn’t one
