Mission

The core mission will be building new features in accordance with our product strategy and delivery standards.

Also, you will:

• Design and develop a React UI Component Library: create and maintain a library of reusable React components that ensure consistency and efficiency across our products.
• Implement a Dynamic Rendering Library: Design and implement a distributable React library that is capable of rendering highly dynamic interfaces using both our component library and user defined custom components, handle data flow, screen navigation and server communication.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.
• Be supportive—especially when teammates are faced with new challenges.

As a Front-End developer you will work closely with all team members (Backend, FrontEnd, QA, PO, UX) and will be involved in all stages of building and improving the FLOWX platform.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of using JavaScript / TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience in Web Development using React and related libraries & technologies.
• In-depth understanding of CSS, HTML and how to work with product design teams.
• Good understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
• Solid understanding of version control tools, such as git; experience with monorepo solutions is a plus.
• Independent, dedicated, and able to deliver ‘production ready’ code with minimal guidance.
• Have a thoughtful, practical mindset to problem-solving that considers tradeoffs and avoids over-engineering.
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Empathy for our customers, for the team, and for yourself.
• Good communication skills, especially when discussing technical topics.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with other modern Javascript frameworks such as Angular, Next, Vue.
• Experience with using Storybook for building component documentation.
• Experience with building distributable npm libraries and packages.
• Not afraid to take on tasks outside of your core role.

• Reusable web components library showcased with Storybook.
• A template rendering engine as an Angular library that can be included in any Angular application.
• A WYSIWYG Drag & Drop editor for the UI to be rendered by the aforementioned rendering engine.
• A BPMN canvas based diagram builder.
