Role: Creative Performance Specialist

Join our creative team to produce engaging, high-performing digital ads across multiple European markets with a focus on the Netherlands, combining creativity, experimentation and performance insights to support Flatpay’s growth.

Responsibilities
• Produce scroll-stopping video ads for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital marketing channels.
• Shoot and edit native video content using CapCut and Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics and animated video content using After Effects.
• Design engaging static ads, banners and other visual assets using Photoshop and Figma.
• Direct colleagues on camera to create authentic, engaging content.
• Research competitor advertising and collaborate with the creative team and agency partner to develop new ideas.
• Review creative performance data to identify what works, test new approaches and continuously improve results.

Skills & Attributes
• Strong creative skills across video editing, motion graphics and static ad design.
• A practical, test-and-learn mindset, with a focus on delivering and improving creative output.
• An understanding of social media advertising and what makes digital ads engaging and effective.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver consistently.
• A curious, proactive and independent approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Background & Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience producing creative assets for social media advertising.

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Demonstrable experience creating video, motion graphics and static advertising assets.

• A strong understanding of digital media and online advertising.
