What you'll do
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale our growing US organization. The majority of our hiring volume is within our commercial teams, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Field Sales, so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong candidate pipelines, conduct disciplined first-round interviews, and consistently deliver against monthly interview and hiring targets.
Main responsibilities
High-Volume Recruitment
Own high-volume recruitment across the US, with approximately 80% of hiring focused on commercial roles such as BDRs and Sales Managers.
Manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously across different US states.
Drive candidates efficiently through the recruitment process while maintaining a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Work toward clear weekly and monthly recruitment targets, including sourcing, interview, pipeline and hiring goals.
Maintain the pace and discipline required to support rapid headcount growth.
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with hiring needs across different US states.
Develop sourcing strategies based on hiring volumes, geographic needs and pipeline performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS.
Continuously monitor pipeline health and take action when candidate flow is insufficient to meet upcoming hiring targets.
Screening & Interviewing
Conduct structured first-round interviews using defined hiring criteria and scorecards.
Evaluate candidates consistently against the competencies and requirements established for each role.
Make clear recommendations on which candidates should progress to second-round interviews with Sales Managers and other hiring leaders.
Ensure interview feedback and scorecards are completed accurately and consistently.
Deliver a structured and efficient candidate experience even when managing significant interview volumes.
Recruitment Performance & Reporting
Take ownership of recruitment activity and outcomes against defined KPIs and hiring targets.
Track key metrics such as sourcing activity, interviews completed, candidate conversion rates, pipeline size and hires.
Identify bottlenecks or gaps within the recruitment funnel and proactively address them.
Use recruitment data to understand where additional sourcing or process improvements are required.
Maintain a consistent, numbers-driven operating cadence and communicate progress against hiring targets.
Hiring Manager Partnership
Partner closely with Sales Managers and business leaders to understand hiring plans, territory requirements and changing priorities.
Ensure hiring managers receive a consistent pipeline of appropriately screened candidates.
Gather feedback from hiring managers and use it to continuously improve sourcing and screening.
Communicate clearly when pipeline challenges or changing market conditions may impact hiring targets.
Skills & Attributes
2+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing or similar experience; high-volume recruitment experience is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with hiring targets.
Strong motivation to achieve measurable goals and consistently deliver against targets.
An operational and process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage high volumes without losing structure.
Strong sourcing skills and an ability to proactively build candidate pipelines.
Comfortable conducting frequent interviews and making consistent decisions using structured scorecards.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles, candidates and territories simultaneously.
Comfortable working with recruitment data, KPIs and funnel metrics.
Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with hiring managers.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization where priorities can change quickly.
Able to work from our New York office 5 days a week
