Role: People Operations Partner
Location: 5 days a week — London Head Office, White City (W12 7FR)
Reporting to: Head of HR, UK
A hands-on operational role supporting the smooth running of HR processes across our UK business - ensuring employee lifecycle activity, documentation and systems run accurately and consistently.
Working closely with the Head of HR and the wider People team, you’ll keep employee lifecycle processes moving smoothly, maintain accurate documentation, and give managers practical support when navigating HR procedures. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, organisation and improving processes in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation management, role changes and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in our HR system (Personio), ensuring data is consistent and up to date.
- Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on HR processes, policies and procedures, and respond to day-to-day HR queries.
- Support the monthly payroll process by ensuring employee data changes are recorded correctly, and work with Finance and payroll providers to ensure information is accurate.
- Track probation timelines and prompt managers to complete required reviews on time.
- Support the consistent application of HR policies and assist with maintaining compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Help improve and organise HR operational processes over time, identifying ways to make things smoother for the business.
Skills & Attributes
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment.
- Experience using HR systems (such as Personio, HiBob or similar).
- Confident communicating with managers and employees at all levels.
- Pragmatic, organised and solutions-focused.
