Role: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Location: 5 days a week - London, White City
Compensation: Commission-only | Permanent guaranteed minimum £2,120/month | OTE £50–70k (uncapped)
Responsibilities
Call merchants from a provided lead pool from marketing leads and demo Flatpay solutions over the phone and close contracts
Build and maintain your own pipeline, including generating referrals
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction
Provide feedback and insights to SDRs, marketing and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
Skills & Attributes
Highly motivated with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close sales
Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
Resilient, self-starting and driven by commission and results
Organised and structured in managing daily tasks
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDRs and operations teams
Background & Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end sales (likely phone-based) with proven quota attainment
- Experience selling to SME owners
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role
- No specific payments industry experience required
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we can't offer visa sponsorship right now)
