We’re looking for a Strategic Initiative Manager to drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the business.
As we scale, many of our most important bets require close coordination across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Support, Commercial teams, and several Markets. The challenge is rarely deciding what to do - it’s making sure the organization moves together to actually deliver it perfect.

This is where you come in.

The Strategic Initiative Manager owns the execution layer of high-priority initiatives: creating clarity across teams, driving follow-through, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring we move from decision to launch with strong alignment and operational readiness.
This is not a Product Manager role, and it is not a traditional project coordinator role. It is a high-leverage role for someone who thrives in complexity, drives momentum across functions, and makes important things land perfectly.

• Lead execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Support, Commercial teams, and Local Markets
• Create clarity across teams by aligning owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria
• Drive follow-through, resolve blockers, and escalate issues early to keep initiatives moving
• Ensure launches are operationally ready, not just feature complete, and improve how we execute over time

What you won’t own
To make the boundary clear, this role does not own:

• product strategy
• roadmap prioritization
• customer problem definition
• solution design
• product trade-off decisions

Those remain with Product Managers and Product Leadership.
You will own the cross-functional execution system around strategic initiatives.

• Product Managers spend more time on products and less time on coordination overhead

• Improve systems and ways of working rather than only managing one-off projects

Preferred background

You may have experience in roles such as:

• Strategic Initiatives
• Consultant
• Product Operations, with strong execution ownership

Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, platform businesses, or other regulated and cross-functional environments is a strong advantage.
