As a Facilities Assistant, you will work closely with the Workplace Operations Manager to provide essential support to the wider office staff and sales teams. This role requires someone who is resourceful, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. You will manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and interact with a lot of Flatpay colleagues daily.
The role will involve supporting the onboarding of new employees, managing supplier and contractor relationships, and responding to internal helpdesk queries. You will also assist with the day to day running of the office, including ordering stationery and refreshments.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering a five-star workplace experience. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and adaptability to changing business needs will be essential for success.
