We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our growing Product team. You’ll play a central role in shaping products that directly power thousands of SMEs across Europe - influencing how they run their businesses every day.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in product management (ideally within fintech or SaaS) and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You combine strong product intuition with analytical thinking, and you know how to drive results while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Within your first 3–6 months, you will:

• Become part of Flatpay’s DNA: Dive into our culture, learn how we work, and build strong cross-functional partnerships that will empower you to succeed.
• Take a key role in a core product domain: You’ll step into POS with a big footprint and even bigger ambitions. Your mission: understand the objective, the roadmap, spot opportunities, and help take the product to the next level across Europe.
• Deliver visible impact: By your sixth month, you’ll have launched initiatives that boost market expansion, adoption, retention, or revenue.
• Build for the future: Put in place the insights, processes, and structures that will allow your product area to scale successfully as Flatpay expands across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into a clear, actionable product roadmap that drives business impact.
• Define and challenge requirements in close collaboration with Design, Development, and other teams (moving quickly from concept to launch, is KEY in Flatpay)
• Champion at data informed, customer centric approach, using feedback and insights to guide product decisions in the right direction.
• Communicate vision, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Enable your team to operate by removing obstacles and fostering focus.
• Take ownership from concept to launch, ensuring success for both our customers and Flatpay.

• Strong ability to foster collaboration across Product, Design, Development, Marketing, and Operations.
• Experience in a fast growth startup or scale up environment.
• Motivation and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast moving company, with high energy.
• Strong product intuition, design sense, and the ability to balance details with the bigger picture.
• Experience leveraging data and user insights to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written and verbal.

You will be based in our Copenhagen office, collaborating with colleagues across Finland, France, Italy, Germany, the UK and NL (more to be added). You will be positioned in our group, and therefore you should expect traveling to all markets.
