Flatpay is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a strategically important product initiative within our Financial Services team.

In this role, you will drive the development and evolution of a product that plays a central role in merchants’ financial workflows. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, operations, commercial teams, and external partners to ensure the product delivers strong customer value, high reliability, and long-term scalability. The role suits someone with experience working on financial products, who is comfortable navigating complexity and balancing customer needs with business and operational considerations.

• Contributing to the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of a key product initiative
• Working closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to support delivery and execution
• Collaborating with external partners as part of product development
• Translating operational, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear product priorities
• Supporting roadmap planning, prioritization, and post-launch enhancements
• Acting as a central point of coordination across teams involved in the product

You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working hands-on with developers and commercial teams, and are able to turn insights into concrete, scalable improvements. You combine a data-driven mindset with strong commercial and compliance awareness, ensuring product decisions balance customer needs, business growth, and operational efficiency. Collaborative by nature, you make informed decisions with confidence, are committed to continuous learning, and are not afraid to experiment and optimize along the way.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role
• Experience working with financial products or services (e.g. payments, lending, accounts, or similar)
• Proven experience contributing to products from early development through post-launch
• Strong partner management, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working in complex or regulated environments
• Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Business-minded with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-first product design
• Professional-level English proficiency
