We’re now looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy team in London. In this role, you’ll work directly with our Chief of Staff and leadership team on a broad range of strategic and commercial topics, from go-to-market planning and operational improvements to special projects.

• Work directly with the Chief of Staff and leadership team on strategy, go-to-market, operations and special projects
• Oversee implementation of key initiatives with other teams and act as commercial support for ongoing workstreams
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within the business and take ownership of delivering solutions
• Analyse data to uncover insights and guide decision-making

• 1–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment such as consulting, financial services, or a growing start-up.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of ownership and delivery
• High agency and comfortable with making decisions independently and driving execution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
• Naturally curious with a desire to learn and grow at Flatpay
