• Contribute to global strategic analyses, bringing a local perspective and data points to support assessments and decision-making across countries.
• Prioritize initiatives to improve Italian performance, leveraging insights and knowledge developed in collaboration with the Italian Commercial Excellence team and global Strategy team.
• Lead key projects as project manager, coordinating cross-departmental efforts with an execution-driven approach, including direct field work with sales co-drives to ensure impact and effectiveness.
• Conduct desk research on topics relevant to the Italian business — such as regulatory updates, market trends, or competitor analysis — to refine commercial positioning and support product development.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to integrate local market insights into global product roadmaps and prioritization processes.

• You have 2 – 4 years of experience, ideally from a top-tier management consulting firm or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with practical execution skills and have a passion for seeing strategy turn into measurable results.
• You are comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with a drive to learn and contribute to a fast-scaling organization.
• You are fluent in Italian and English.
