Location: London (White City) — on-site, five days a week

We’re looking for an ambitious and curious BI Analyst to join our London office. You’ll be passionate about transforming data into insights and developing high-value analytical solutions that support our continued growth.

As part of a dynamic, collaborative team where data is at the heart of decision-making, you’ll help drive our business forward. You’ll join our growing BI team, where collaboration, friendliness, and a relaxed atmosphere are central to how we work.

As a BI Analyst at Flatpay, you’ll work across a wide range of analytical and reporting tasks using diverse datasets. Your main responsibility will be to maintain and further develop our core sales funnel and operational reports. Using your analytical expertise, you’ll review and enhance our existing models to ensure they meet business needs and follow best practices and modern technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and exploring business needs for data, analysis, and reporting
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy through testing and validation
• Developing reports and dashboards (primarily in Power BI)
• Optimising existing reports and analyses based on user feedback
• Contributing to the development of a long-term, scalable data infrastructure

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with programming and have proven experience with Power BI and SQL. You’re naturally curious, open to learning new technologies, and have a strong understanding of business processes, thriving on connecting business needs with analytical solutions.

Independent, results-driven, and adaptable, you perform well in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Your skills and experience

• 1–3 years of experience in data processing and visualisation using Power BI
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to explain financial and analytical concepts clearly and simply
• A degree in economics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field
• A strong business mindset and focus on commercial results
