We’re growing rapidly across Europe by empowering small and medium-sized businesses to reach their goals faster. To support our growth, we’re now looking for a Finance Business Partner to join us. You’ll play a key role in driving financial insights, optimizing vendor relationships, and helping the leadership team make data-driven decisions.

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with colleagues in Flatpay across markets, to provide insights through analysis, develop business cases, and ensure the effective communication and implementation of your findings. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to management and help shape decisions that influence Flatpay’s growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs to measure business performance.
• Performing scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate strategic options.
• Identifying and driving vendor optimization opportunities.
• Translating financial insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Supporting implementation of financial improvements and initiatives.
• Partnering cross-functionally to ensure financial considerations are embedded in commercial and operational decisions.

• Strong analytical mindset with a structured and persistent approach.
• Excellent communicator, able to translate complex insights into clear recommendations.
• Outgoing and easygoing personality, contributing positively to the team culture.
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and with non-finance colleagues.
• Experience with financial modeling and data storytelling; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field combined with 2–5 years’ experience in finance, business analysis, or consulting.
• Fluent in Danish and English (other languages are a plus).
