About the job
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a central role in Flatpay’s hiring efforts by focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a range of high-volume sales and customer support roles. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, the Head of HR, and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
You’ll be hands-on with sourcing and outreach, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating interviews, while providing a great candidate experience and helping us close the best people to fuel our growth.
Location: London (Office-based, 5 days per week, Soho Works, White City)

Skills & Experience
- Previous sales recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally with high-volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Experience screening candidates and conducting phone/online interviews.
- Organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Excellent communication skills and confident engaging with candidates at all levels.
- Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Proactive, positive, and motivated by results.
