About the job
We’re looking for a hands-on, process-oriented Product Manager to take responsibility for a financing product in the Nordic markets. You’ll guide the product lifecycle from day-to-day improvements to post-launch support and long-term roadmap planning. Your decisions will be guided not only by customer, partner, and stakeholder feedback, but also by their impact on business performance, customer experience, and process efficiency. This role requires strong collaboration skills, a structured approach, and the ability to turn feedback into scalable solutions. You’ll be the link between developers, internal stakeholders, and external partners – making sure our financing product delivers real value to merchants and continues to grow with Flatpay.
What you'll do
  • Continuously improve our financing product for SMEs, ensuring it delivers exceptional customer value and business impact
  • Work closely with developers, sales, and support teams to answer product questions and gather feedback
  • Combine insights from customers and frontline teams with business and process considerations to identify and prioritize development areas
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure smooth execution
  • Take part in product roadmap planning and prioritization together with other Product Managers and the Product Director
  • Occasionally travel to support business engagements.

You’re proactive and adaptable, with a passion for product development and process improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working hands-on with developers and commercial teams, and know how to turn insights into concrete improvements. You combine a data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness, ensuring product decisions balance customer needs, business growth, and process efficiency. Collaborative by nature, you’re committed to continuous learning and not afraid to experiment and optimize along the way.

What You Bring
Must-haves:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in partner management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing a product post-launch
  • Strong data-driven and process-oriented mindset, with solid problemsolving skills and commercial understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Professional-level English proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong skills in MS Office tools.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in fintech or financial institutions
  • Experience testing and optimizing customer sign-up or onboarding processes
  • Additional language skills: Danish, Finnish, Italian, or French.

Reporting to the Product Director, you'll be responsible for a financing product that plays a key role in Flatpay's growth and impact. This position is based in our Copenhagen office.
