As part of a young and ambitious company, you will work across the entire data pipeline and tackle real-world challenges from day one. • Process and analyse voice-to-text transcribed data from customer interactions and internal sources.
• Build live data pipelines fueling AI driven insights and recommendations.
• Experiment, analyze, and implement multi-modal LLMs to deliver maintainable and high quality GenAI products.
• Support the development and deployment of NLP models.
• Optimize model performance across dimensions like latency, reliability, and accuracy
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Open to occasionally working on other machine learning projects outside the NLP space depending on business needs

• Proficient in Python (e.g. pandas, Pyspark, scikit-learn, numpy)
• Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks (AWS/Azure))
• Experience with speech-to-text systems (e.g., Gemini transcription APIs)
• Experience with LangChain is a plus
• Knowledge of natural language processing (e.g. text cleaning, embeddings, model training).
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communicator and collaborative team player.
• Relevant master’s degree and ~2-5 years of experience.
