Our focus on personal connection and attention to our customers is what sets us apart. We’re now seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Danish team at Flatpay. You’ll be involved in every step of our strategic process; from early analysis and idea development with leadership to close collaboration with other teams, to ensure execution and alignment with our business goals, reporting into the Managing Director in Denmark.

• Get to know Flatpay’s business model, product ecosystem, and team members
• Develop your first research and analysis, including conducting customer interviews
• Begin identifying strategic opportunities and challenges within our products and markets
• Collaborate with other departments to understand current initiatives and priorities

• Develop financial models and analysis and present insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decision-making
• Support implementation planning and monitor key project outcomes to ensure strategic alignment.

• 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/advisory, or corporate development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with practical experience using data, market research, and financial models to inform strategy
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and build relationships across diverse teams and different cultures
• Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a track record of driving projects end-to-end
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (or similar), and data visualization tools
• Fluent in Danish and English (both verbal and written); additional language skills are a plus.
