About the job
As the go-to technical point of contact in our Italian office, one of your main tasks will be troubleshooting and debugging issues at first hand. You will be backed by our group Tech department in Denmark, ensuring you have strong support while handling local operations.
You will also act as the voice of Tech in Italy, translating complex technical matters into clear and accessible language for colleagues across departments. You will also play a key role in onboarding, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless technical experience across the organization.
Experience in the payments industry is not a requirement - we value humility and a strong willingness to learn.
