We are now looking for a Content & Communications Specialist to join our team in Paris and ensure that our communication and marketing materials resonate with the French market.

As a Content & Communications Specialist at Flatpay, you will be responsible for adapting and translating product and marketing materials for the French market. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our messaging is both linguistically and culturally relevant while maintaining brand consistency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and language-savvy professional who can balance precise translation with creative localization to craft engaging marketing communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate and localize marketing materials, including website and ad content, emails, sales brochures, and product communications.
• Ensure a consistent and professional tone-of-voice across all French marketing channels.
• Proofread and refine translations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and cultural alignment.
• Adapt global campaigns and content for the French market in collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
• Optimize product communication based on local customer insights and market analysis.
• Ensure effective social media management to engage audience and strengthens brand visibility.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

• Native-level proficiency in French and excellent English communication skills
  (written and verbal).
• Experience in translation, localization, or content marketing, preferably in
  FinTech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of commercial communication with the ability to simplify
  complex messages.
• Familiarity with translation tools and CMS platforms is a plus.
