Are you Flatpay's next Product Manager?

Flatpay is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead new product initiatives and manage their lifecycle from development through post-launch. This role requires expertise in project leadership, stakeholder management, and partner relations, along with strong organizational skills and a business-focused mindset.

You'll join a supportive product team dedicated to delivering exceptional quality while maintaining a fun work atmosphere. Reporting to the Head of Product Development in Italy, you will be based at our HQ in Copenhagen and lead projects that drive Flatpay's growth and impact together with the team!

About the Role

In this position, you will oversee product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring exceptional customer value. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement user-centric design principles, and act as the main communication hub between internal teams and external partners. Your ability to simplify complex information will support decision-making and strengthen strategic partner relationships. Some travel is required to support business engagements.

Who Are You?

You are proactive and adaptable, with a passion for product development. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, focusing on user experience and process optimization, while effectively managing multiple projects. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage and align with various stakeholders.

You Also Have:

• A minimum of 4 years in product management, business development, product development, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing products post-launch
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-first approach
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, business-minded approach and a proactive mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Professional-level English proficiency
