We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Telesales and Upsales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the team from 5 to up to 40 sales professionals, driving performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ambition to grow within the company.

Tasks

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales and upsales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive performance.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Identify training and development needs and provide coaching to team members.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely to develop long-term strategies.
