About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our Product team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech industry, and possesses a deep understanding of product delivery and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Within the first 6 months, you will:

• Take ownership of an existing product: You will quickly get up to speed with the current product, understanding its roadmap, customer needs, and key challenges. You will be responsible for driving its continued success, optimizing performance, and ensuring it meets the company's strategic goals.

• Launch and manage a new strategic product: You will lead the research, development, and launch of a brand new product, from initial concept through to market introduction. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams, defining the product, and ensuring a successful GTM strategy.

• Noticeable results: By end of the first six months, you will have delivered measurable outcomes on the existing product, and achieved key milestones for the new product, setting the stage for long-term growth and succes.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap, strategy, and execution across multiple new product areas.
• Define and challenge product requirements in collaboration with design, development, and the broader team to bring our roadmap to market quickly.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders and teams. Do what it takes to ensure the development team operates efficiently, remove obstacles, and ensure they can move at the highest speed.
• Take responsibility and ownership to bring the product from concept to real life with great success for both customers and Flatpay.

We expect that you have

• Strong abilities to ensure collaboration between Design, Development, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Startup experience in a fast-growing company.
• Distinct skills and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong product intuition, design sense, and the ability to ensure the best solution is implemented, keeping the bigger picture in mind.
• Relevant experience in using data and user feedback to make informed decisions about the product's future.
• Helping in establishing a strong product culture in the business.
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written and verbal.

You will be working out of our office in the Copenhagen area, connecting you to other parts of the team in both Berlin and Amsterdam. We are focused on a great work life balance, giving you flexibility in your daily work.
